Fisher is the wrong coach if a franchise needs to develop a QB. He's offensively inept. We really have no idea how Goff would have done if he was made the #1 QB but it should have been a no brainer given they thought so much of him to move up to #1 in the draft to take him. IMO, this mess is entirely on Fisher's head.

In my opinion all Fisher has done is seal his fate to Keenum.
We will be the talk of the league for one reason or another.
1. Rams are the surprise team in the league because we are winning with Keenum(highly unlikely imo).
2. Goff is now starting because we are 1-5 or 2-4 or whatever.
3. The world comes to an end because after Keenum fails, Fisher puts in Mannion.
Fisher has orchestrated this from the beginning. In my opinion Goff should have been given the keys to car from the outset.
Without his extension Fisher knows he has to win now, and knows Keenum gives him a slightly better chance than Goff.
