It's not just this board that's concerned. Or chicken littles. Everything written about him on Espn, LA times, Nfl.com is calling attention to his poor preseason play and the fact that he looks completely overwhelmed. I want to believe in the kid and hope he can turn it around but he's looked pretty lousy overall. Even when you compare him to other rookie QB's this year. His accuracy seems off even on some of the competitions and he's having ball security issues.
Really?? Looked lousy? Have you seen how many drops the kid has had?? Seen the protection he has been getting???
Has he looked amazing? No, but he has not looked as bad as some have made him out to be either....the only other rookie outplaying him right now is Dak, who came form a similar offense in college and has had the pleasure of playing behind one of the best o-lines in the league..not to mention the weapons around him.... Goff went right down the field last night for a TD with his starting o-line.
Most people who write those articles are looking to get clicks and sensationalize instead of rationalize.
