Just looked it up.

Um, this guy is telling Goff what to do?

Weinke only had two wins in his entire NFL career and won the first game of the 2001 Carolina Panthers season and then lost the rest. He also has the second longest losing streak in NFL at 17 behind Dan Pastorini (21).
