I agree that the only way the Rams can have a #1 WR is that they'll have to develop him. But what are the chances of that? Look at Quick and Austin. That's what this regime thinks are good WR projects. Unless you want to add Fisher's pet Britt. I don't see much of a chance of this staff developing a #1 WR.

Not that they could actually attain one for the next couple of years anyway.

The blind squirrel method is all we can count on.
