I would even go back to Fisher's time with Titans. Fisher's career is littered with mediocre QB play, regardless of who's playing QB.
Fishers Rams are a microcosm of Fisher's career.
Mediocre QB play, bottom of the league passing offense, mediocre record. Fisher still thinks he can win without a passing game.
And Fisher only had one playoff season and zero playoff victories when he had CJ2K in his prime averaging over 1,700 yards from scrimmage.
