I believe that Fisher is serious about giving Goff some snaps with the 1's.

But I suspect that that will come after Keenum has had his necessary snaps already. Then Fisher can keep his starters in for a series or two with Goff before giving them the rest of the day off.

Depending on what Fisher sees, he might keep Goff in there in the 3rd qtr with the two's.
