Boudreau neverthless still has that reputation. How many teams a young guy was on before doesn't matter. If he can make something out of young "ronin" vets, then, he can. He was doing this with the Rams in 2006, he was doing it in Atlanta, and he has been doing it since he came back to the Rams. For example, one of his things is that he gets more out of guys than anyone has seen in them before (Turner, Richardson) and which in many cases no one got out of them since. I don't think it's a magic knack, I think he has an approach that works with these guys.
