To me they keep 6. Austin, Britt (or Quick not both), Cooper, Thomas, Williams and Spruce. That's the best 6 IMO. Marquez is a nice special teams guy, but not much more. Practice squad for he and McRoberts. I'm guessing of course and the rams may feel totally different but i don't think there is any way Williams doesn't make the team unless he blows up off the field. Just my 2 cents worth.
