I like having depth so when a guy gets hurt - especially the QB - the season is not LOST.
that's why I'd like us to draft a QB every other year from the 2nd - 5th rounds in hopes of landing a prospect.

Mannion was an attempt at that concept, and he may have gotten butter but I wasn't a fan of his coming out of college - and less a fan of the pick in the 3rd when I wanted some OL talent. Anyway, I wish the best for all 3 guys and hope they up their game.
It sounds like a great locker-room and I think THAT is fostered by Fisher. A good locker-room is key for development of players and esprit de corps of the team which bodes well when the real games start. imo
