Just got off the phone

Went thru chat first - told the lady I wanted customer retention. Told me she couldn't do it gave me the express number with PIN code. I told the nice lady that every year Directv helped me keep the cost of the programming down so I could afford the football package. She gave me 50 bucks off a month for 12 months for the programming and the max ticket for 1/2 price. Told me to remember to call again next year.
