What's Tutu's status? anyone?

IMHO.....I want the Rams to give Tutu the punt return duties because he needs to do more than just casually show up once in a while as a WR.
He's got the speed to be a problem in the return game....He's going in to his 4th year as a pro.....It's time to walk in to McVay's office and say "Coach, I want to return kicks, all of em'!!!!!"
