When they tried him he had trouble catching the ball consistently and then didn't know what to do with it - fair catch, return, see the lane?

Otherwise they wouldn't have drafted other possible returners (two on the roster that I can think of.)

Tutu's status now, as I see it is #3 1/2 wide receiver.
