Did Rams have eyes on Hooker at 69?

Was Brad Homes tipped off to something for him to jump in front of us at 68?

Seems curious as we immediately traded back after that


BTW, I hate the pick for Detroit.... Goff has been playing lights out for them and has the fans excited and this sends a bad message imo.
They will have a decision soon to make on Goff and he continues to play well they will have to extend him and Hooker will be a wasted pick and will have wasted his first four years as a back up.
