As soon as the get of ARII was announced I knew there'd be a ton of we gotta trade so and so.....
Won't trade TuTu who would want him with nothing in his resume to give up any thing. Why trade Woods? He has abilities far past just running routes, he gives added pressures to a team with his ability to be a runner or a receiver. Who's going to go in on a guy who won't be ready until the end of the season with OBJ. Jefferson is still on a learning curve, he shows he can be something IMO down the road...don't think he'd bring a 3rd or 4th much less a 2 ......right now IMO he's a very solid #4 with us.
I am looking down the road, like next season and beyond.....I think next season Woods leaves, So our lineup is still super big with OBJ, Kupp, ARII and Jefferson....Skow and company all fighting for spots as well.....
Not saying that a trade is not optional, of course it is, but I am very happy with keeping our plethora of talent at wide out....it can't stop us in anyway of improving our other areas, plenty of options at OLB, we got a good guy with Howard at ILB already, Hollis is a decent OLB too..The AD factor goes across the D..I think keeping everyone we have at WR would be a plus.
The current WORLD CHAMPS just blew up on WR World.....keep it together for added pressures for our wanna be's to deal with.
