Hats off to this guy. He got us Stafford, Von and OBJ. His late round and I drafted depth picks are playing well. He got us Gay. His draft got us EJ. His prior 3rd rounder is now the best WR in the history of football. Signed Michel. Got us Floyd. Drafted Gaines and Higs. Signed Whit. What an incredible job. Guys were falling like flies and he brings in better players. Of course McVay gets credit too. So do the rest of the staff and coaches, but I think Snead should win Exec of the Year.
