That really stand out to me above the technical stuff.
1. He isn't afraid to admit when he screwed up - see Gurley and now Goff
2. The guy wants to win a lot more than he wants to be liked.
As the HC of my team, I like both of those traits.
And both are Belichick-esque.
I worry about Stafford's spotty injury history, but if he stays fit the NFL West will be a lot more concerned about facing the Rams next year.
I like that too.
There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
