And focus on a STUD O line. Unless there is an upgrade at QB and AFFORDABLE ( I'm doubting that), I say make the O line a force instead of an inconsistent question. That will make the pass AND run game work and receivers too. That and a burner WR will go a LONG way. If not...Say we DO sell the farm and get Watson. That's a helluva investment to have at QB with a weak pass pro O line. A great O line on the other hand will make a LOT of QBs look better and develop rythm.
And focus on getting a STUD O line. That can be done for a LOT less than it will take to land Watson. A good O line will make any QB better. Besides, if we sell the farm to land a Watson like QB, we will want him protected and not CONSTANTLY on the run. That and a burner WR and I bet we are back in business WITHOUT being in draft debt for the next 3+ years.
