If Sloman misses another extra point or mid range FG, it is time to cut bait imo....doesn't mean he doesn't have a future in the NFL, I just don't think he's quite ready right now...I've noticed a trend lately of rookie kickers that struggled and were cut mid season that have come back to the NFL with different teams and look like real kickers now.
