Belicheck did it late in the game against the Colts and Manning years ago and it didn't work out, but I still feel that was the right call as I feel this was the right call.
In this case, I actually think that Seattle thought it was just to pull them offsides and the Rams kind of went quick and caught them being a little tentative.
But give that Seattle QB the ball with more than a minute left and only needing a field goal, and that is trouble.
To me the odds of making that 6 inches were greater than stopping the Seahawks from getting a few first downs.
