But when you own a pro football team do you really have to rely on the comparative pennies you bring in from on-site advertising?
If I owned the Rams I'd banish any form of advertising that didn't involve the Rams.
I want people to watch highlights, to have fun and to maybe consider attending a game. I couldn't give a $%#@ about which car insurance they bought or whether I earned 9.7 cents from you watching an ad.
The revenue earned compared to the experience gained without ads makes zero sense to me.
There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
