I don't think Tyler Johnson is a lock, as special teams and RBs/TEs will have a day here. I do think X Smith has a shot as a returner.
And I don't see Tutu getting cut over Johnson. Tutu proved his worth when Kupp was out early last year. My only Tutu concern is his lack of catch radius as I believe Stafford prefers guys like Megatron with huge catch radius's.
