He is tough but Fair & from what his Players have said he relates well with his players a people person like McVay, the Greats have that quality some know the Xs & Os but come off where they don't teach it well so then what's the point.
Vince Lombardi to name of many Great Coaches had that & it helped his players after Football in life. No one likes a know it all that turns folks off & can't that relate to their players, like John Madden said they can't be phony folks read right thru it & they don't have no compromise and need to be right for their own ego that don't help no one but themselves in their mind.
