This is just too much. It's one thing for a QB to have some say (not too much) or at least be given a heads up over certain changes a team wants to make on offense. But to give a WR essentially a say-so to see if its OK if the teams' QB is benched? Very bad precedent for any HC.
I guarantee you that wouldn't happen with McVay, Shanahan, Tomlin, either Harbaugh, any Green Bay HC, and a several more HCs who know you can't run a team like that.
I agree there is no way that happens with McVay or Tomlin. Not sure about Shanny or Harbaugh but either way, this tells a lot about the Raiders org. Maybe that's why they have been a losing franchise for so long?
IMO, this also says a lot about Adams too. He's a diva. A Me NOT We guy. Always has been so none of this surprises me even a little bit.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
