I don't believe that two good rookies will replace the loss of AD and Williams. I have lower expectations for most rookies and I am not enamored and believing that they'll be the greatest thing since sliced bread.
If I'm an offensive coord. on another team playing the Rams I deliberately plan on attacking those rookies. I think a team with a good running game could shred our DLine.
Sorry guys, I'm not as optimistic as ya'll.
We won't know for sure until the season gets under way. I love the potential of the rookies and young kids we have now but potential doesn't guarantee anything.
Not only do we have a bunch of young kids and rookies replacing AD but we also have a first time DC.
Optimistic or not we just don't know how this will all work out. I am also in the you can't just replace AD without a noticeable drop in production.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
