As a rule I don't like small RBs. Generally, I think they're a waste.
I saw that they drafted this little guy and said to myself, "oh boy, another one of their stupid little RB choices."
Then I watched his highlights and how he ran thru Penn States' defense like a tank (I'm a Penn State fan). The more I watched the more I was excited.
I don't get too excited about draft picks. I definitely don't wear rosy colored glasses and I don't expect rookies to make night turn to day. I'm not thinking that "oh boy we're gonna be so good now!" The rule is that rookies don't turn the world upside down. Yes there are exceptions.
But I'm feeling really excited about our running game this year. I'm assuming Corum is going to move the chains nicely.
Now, it is great to see that he is really a decent man as well. A nice addition.
