I feel like, with the PS rules, it gives guys incentive to stay and try to "mix in" rather than trying to just make a team and have all that pressure.
Like I doubt Stoops makes the final 53 but I'd bet money he gets a shot returning punts during the regular season.
but would be nice if this kid is anything like on film. I never know that kind of thing until preseason. I have been fooled too many times by guys being good in college then cannot make and NFL roster.
There was a guy who dominated in a bowl conference championship game, then a bowl game, .. and he looked great to me, I wanted him for the Rams,
He tested okay and I still thought he'd be decent pick ... turns out he was taken i nthe 7th by the Lions and didn't make the team.
He just beat up on inferior tackles and looked better that he actually was.
After 20-30 years of that, I gave up.
