On the Donald retirement, it wasn't a prediction -- he had advance knowledge of it. He had hinted that he had "game-changing" news, but couldn't say what it was. And he had recorded a segment about it, which he didn't release until the retirement was made public.

I'm not saying the guy is wired in, but he clearly has some source inside the building who gives him info.
