He also said that the Rams were looking at QB in round 1. As well as LOT and thought if they did trade up it would be LOT or QB. That never made any sense, nor does it fit the Rams way of doing things.
In other words, it's not just his predictions that are off, its his analysis. It simply doesn't fly with Snead's practice, and outright saying it, that they draft for need. But nobody wants to believe it, and apparently neither does Jake the Fake.
As for predicting AD would retire? That's a scoop? People on our own board thought it might happen, plus any number of other sportscasters. Let's face it: predicting he will, versus he won't, is 50/50 that you'll be right even if you have no idea who he is.
So, no, Jake's a wannabe. Like I said: want good hard analysis and news with actual substance, see Rodrigue and Jackson. Want hype and entertainment, go to guys like Jake.
