The Rams have some type of info from Stafford that he is in no hurry to retire.
Take one look at his 2023 film, and you see the same live arm, throwing from any angle, and the same command of the offense.
You see a guy happy to be out there.
Why on earth would he retire? He hasn't been a concussion risk. And the new QB rules make a QB about as safe from that as is possible. And the Rams are smart with him, and know that the last thing he needs is extra work.
So, surround him with a good oline (which he has) good weapons (which he has) a good RB for a good running game (which he has) and he can be effective another 3 or 4 years.
Will the Rams go get him another weapon or a OT protector? Can't rule it out.
