Attended Mira Costa Hight School and lived with her mom in a small one bedroom house on the Strand right in front of the beach. Obviously, those were the days when there were no multi million multi story homes occupied by the Kings and Lakers players. Instead she hung out with some of the surfing crowd in the day like Dewey Weber, Greg Noll, Henry Ford etc. She envied me for my background of "stability" and I envied her for living on the beach and having way more fun than me.
