This may be the best top 64ish I've seen anywhere

April 25, 2024 09:34AM
I'm gonna put the guys in red that I like for the Rams outside of the top 32. So my favorites for day 2.

If you've seen my positional posts, you know how I scout ...

My Top 2 rounds includes players I can see going in the first two frames depending on how the draft falls and what schemes the teams that are picking use. It's usually more than 64 players, I think the most I had was 60 and this year I have only 73, which was a bit surprising to me until I realized we were just short on some positions and that there were many "natural gaps" that occur around the 75th player "for me" ...
Interesting thing when looking at the pundits lists ... players after the top 20 or 25 seem to be all over the map. So, after the top groupings at each position I really haver no idea where guys are valued at a higher level than any other year. I feel pretty safe with this list ... but I'll note I have usually about 15 guys not on this list get drafted top 64 and usually 2 that go undrafted.

This year I have zero Rbs, 2 TEs ... and I think a record 7 QBs. 14 WRs ... that's basically 20% of the total players.

I have not dinged some players that I have heard bad things about, and may have dropped guys a few slots that did not show up much in post season. MHJr you'll notice is second to Nabers. This is a thin line, but Nabers put up stats during the season and testing #s in the postseason both beating MHJ. This is with the tape, in my opinion, actually leaning Nabers way.

I have 3rd-4th round groupings that I may dig into for Saturday so we have more to look at, but Daedpool's stacked board is actually what I am going to use for those days.
