Prospect visits and the Rams..deception?

Doesn't it seem like every year we hear about who the Rams talked to and who they visited and it is all a smoke screen. For instance, look at the visits this site has for the Rams. They have documented only a few for the Rams but other teams have more than twice as many documented.
