That being the case, how high up would you go to get him or would you wait at 19 ?
No need to go higher than the teens if what most people think about the draft lay out lays out but it might be wise to touch base with 13-17 to see what it will take so if a run on edge starts (two of top 3 gone) you already have trade parameters in place. Latu makes too much sense for the Rams so if you want him you know you need to get above 19, if other teams know that then best believe the Rams know that they know that too.
