Latu has PFF and combine numbers very close to . . . Nick Bosa (except bench press)

Latu and Bosa had very similar college production and workout numbers prior to their draft.

The only exception being Bosa had 29 reps on the bench and Latu did not do the bench at his combine or pro day.

If the doctors are saying his neck is ok, I would draft Latu the first chance I got.
