Athletics Randy Meuller etc...

Said they felt with the new rule for KO, the returner needed to be mire a hybrid of previous KR and PR....

The PR needed to be able to break an arm tackle to at least gain the expected 12 yards.

I want Atwell to be used and successful, but that isn't his game.
