exactly, their 'need' is the front 7, not Edge

They need an Edge guy, no question, to team with Young and put Hoecht into more of a depth/situational role. But their 'needs' go well beyond that. The entire defensive front 7 needs bolstering. Edge, DT, DE. They have to approach it from the standpoint of finding the BPAs across that group, not just at Edge, or they could find themselves reaching.
