He fills a spot that is needed.

He is a good ST player, maybe actually the only one we have...LOL.....He isn't a game breaker, but guys like that are the ones who make a team a solid team. Now I wish they got Cashman to go with Jones in the middle, but......there's a lot of things to wish for. He's really worked hard, from a basic walk on type pro player to finding a way to stick and now making himself a resign....good for him.
