Salary cap issues.

As we sit now the Rams have around nine million in capnspace (over the cap has everyone but Williams and Parkinson accounted for so more likely closer to a few million).
Both Donald and Kupp, post June 1 can be cut without incurring a negative cost to the salary cap but tons of dead money.
Post June 1 Donald would cost 17 million in dead cap and save 16 million on the cap. Kupp would save zero.
My point isn't to cut either. But that neither will be restructured to save the Rams money and push their cap hits down the road.
That leaves Stafford and Noteboom. Or the yearly Havenstein restructure. We have draft picks to sign. A roster to fill. Not sure we have a splash left. I would love an expert on the board to show me where my calculations are wrong.
