That was then, but this is now. Currently, it would appear that the compensation to sign Burns and his huge salary is only going to be a 3rd rounder. Now, the Panthers can either accept that or reject that, it’s their call. Personally, I think the Burns acquisition for the Rams is now just a pipe dream and the Rams are going to have to go in another direction. Hopefully, Hunter.
