because if he comes back I would still like to add a CB in the first 3 rounds. But it makes other options of getting an edge more favourable.
Me personally, I hate trade ups as I like more picks and more chances to hit of a Kobbie T or Nucca etc.... However, how much would you give up if it was looking needed to move up in round 1 to get a Verse, Turner or Latu???
Very Good to great Edge rushers get paid in FA, so hitting on a draft pick saves a ton of cap space over the first 4 years.
I've played a good few draft games and there are many versions that keep having one of those three players available at 19. Also that's with QB's JJ, Nix and Pennix still available (realistically I only see JJ likely gone).
Makes this a much more interesting draft and wont be upset now if they take a round 1 WR!!!......................... as long as their not 5-9 and less than 180lbs!!!!!
