He came from the very bottom, came to work everyday and carved his own spot on the roster. He wasn't given a spot because of his draft position. He's not anywhere near the top of his position, but he damn sure made some plays from it. IMO he doesn't need to be tendered because he just doesn't come off the page for anyone to see.
That said he is IMO a good ST piece and can come in and do replacement work in an injury occurs to a starter. Plus his hair kinda looks like that of a plunderer.....I wouldn't mind him returning, but not as a starting LB....a reserve and ST ace....You don't tender that type.
