And while he is incredibly fast, he has drop issues/consistency issues/lack of body strength at NFL level issues according to some and as such is not rated as a first round pick.

Looking at it from a Ram's perspective I hope some team 1 - 18 sees that 40 time and drafts him with their first round pick and pushes another player down to us.
