This should be a non-issue.

The Rams have lucked into a terrific, young OG that fits perfectly with what the Rams want to do. Add Avila to the mix, and we have an elite pair of OGs for years to come WHEN the Rams re-sign Dotson, which they will.

I expect the Rams to re-sign Shelton, but also to draft a semi-developmental LARGE Center somewhere from the comp 3rd onward. Why? Even with Shelton they are going to need a back-up, and this back-up can't be another position they are trying to convert a college guy, or a guy that is going to require so much development that he can't possibly be a 2024 back-up.

Should the Rams draft a guard if they can’t re-sign Kevin Dotson?

Rams got twice lucky with Avila and Dotson. Don't screw it up
