Even though the Rams get coaches poached each and every year, there's something good about it for the Rams in general.

McVay gets innovative coaching and ideas that keep the offense and defense "fresh" and not "stale" like the same ol' thing over and over.

Also, we all know our HC is an offensive "genius".....So, these coaches need to really show McVay they know their stuff, or he'll just move on to another coach.
