They have proven that between the two of them they make way more good decisions than bad.
They have proven that they are excellent at hiring really good coaches. They have proven they are excellent at getting talent from the draft (often without high picks). They have proven they can make great moves in free agency.
These are things that are the top 3 to be really good/excellent/great at. Snead is a top tier GM and talent evaluator and McVay is great at developing talent with his assistants.
I don't worry about those guys at all when it comes to making moves.
