Allen will be cut most likely. I doubt anyone is offering picks for him with his injury history. They'll wait for us to release him. Noteboom - don't think we can get a lot in trade for him. I don't think we'll cut him as it only saves 5mil and then we'd still have to find a workable swing tackle who can also play guard in a pinch - that's what Noteboom brings.
Tutu - maybe a trade. It's not much money savings so why not just keep him and use him in situations - he can make plays when he gets the chance. He's not bad for a 4th WR with a low cap number.
