While Brady's cheating-enhanced record is "greater" I ramk both Montana and Marino ahead of Brady as greatest of all time.
To that I'd emphatically add, as of yesterday, Mahomes. He did things yesterday that Brady in his prime could never have pulled off.
As to this thread's Mahomes/Jordan or other sports greats comparisons, there are similarities wherever you see true greatness; beyond that it's an apples and oranges (or cannonballs, or toy balloons) comparison. Things are dissimilar. And record in office or on the playing field, or wherever, is one measure. But it's not the whole picture.
