Unless there is a really good alternative use of the Ram's money, I would pay Dotson.
He was a HUGE factor literally and figuratively in igniting our running game... which led to great things.
The running game helped Stafford immensely, and it gave us an identify of toughness vs. a pure finesse passing team that couldn't run the ball at all.
I don't want to go back to having a crap guard on the line.
Pay Dotson, unless there is a VERY GOOD plan B to fill that guard position.
