I admit I'd have to go look, but I'd bet that at least 9 out of 10 times ROY of anything is a 1st round pick that the media fawned over before he was drafted.
Does that reflect the football reality of it? Doubtful. It sure didn't this year. What records did CJ Stroud break? Did anyone notice that Anderson not only had fewer sacks than Turner, but also that he played a position that is designed to get sacks, versus one that isn't?
