New ownership and (hopefully), less-toxic culture in DC.

He's got a couple of studs on the DL to anchor his defense; a good OC; and, the ability to draft a franchise QB (or stockpile draft capital).

He's in a tough division, no doubt. But he's got some tools to work with.
